These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PayNetic platform ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and digital banking services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use our Services.
Please note: All operations on PayNetic are currently conducted exclusively using FDK demo tokens issued within the demonstration environment of the New Reality platform (https://newreality.bond / https://newreality.club). This is a simulation and not a real financial environment. We reserve the right to transition to real currency support in the future.
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account.
PayNetic offers a full suite of banking simulations including, but not limited to:
Deposit and withdrawal operations
Internal and external demo-transfers
Issuance and virtual management of demo-bank cards
Account statements and account history
All such services are simulated and operate solely with FDK demo tokens.
All content and software on this platform is the property of PayNetic or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We make no guarantees regarding compatibility with external software or devices.
You may not use our Services to:
Violate any local, national, or international laws.
Conduct fraudulent or malicious activity.
Infringe on intellectual property rights.
Engage in spam, phishing, or distribution of malware.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for any misuse.
All deposits, withdrawals, fees, and other financial operations on the PayNetic platform are conducted using FDK demo tokens. These tokens have no real-world monetary value.
We do not offer refunds for completed transactions unless explicitly stated. No dispute or chargeback claims will be accepted regarding demo token use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayNetic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:
Your use or inability to use the platform
Any interruption or termination of the service
Any unauthorized access to our systems
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland.
